Needfinding and Benchmarking reviews
You should have
- a 2-3 page handout to supplement the physical material and discussion for functional and experience benchmarking. It’s ok to have a video or some slide show photos, but please no slick powerpoint presentations
- The single biggest need that the user has
The focus of the discussion and the handout should be on:
- Exploration goals: what did you seek to learn?
- Selection of the stuff and experiences: why is this stuff important and relevant?
- Lessons learned: what did you actually learn?
- Follow-up action items: what are you going to do about it?
